* WHEN...Until 7 AM AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility below one quarter mile. Very strong winds could result in power outages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will change to rain Saturday morning. Strongest wind gusts will be Friday afternoon into early Saturday morning, weakening slowly in the afternoon.
