* WHERE...Des Plaines River from US-41 in Gurnee downstream to Townline Road in Vernon Hills, including the Gurnee gauge.
* WHEN...Until this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Forest land inundated near the river in Gurnee.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 7.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:30 AM CDT Monday was 7.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage by early this evening. - Flood stage is 7.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
