English River at Kalona affecting Washington and Johnson Counties.
...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Iowa...
Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and will continue.
* WHERE...English River at Kalona.
* WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, water begins going over several county roads, including 13th St, Kiwi Ave, Orange Ave and Poplar Ave.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 17.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.5 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
