* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier.
* WHEN...Until 245 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1226 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Beaver Creek, Burns Run, Joe Knob Branch, Boggs Creek, Burdette Creek, Eagle Branch, Elijah Branch, Little Clear Creek, Meadow River, McMillion Creek, Little Creek and Big Clear Creek. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rainelle... Rupert... Quinwood... Anjean... Duo... Meadow Bluff...
