* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1258 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... St. Louis, Florissant, University City, Webster Groves, Ferguson, Clayton, Jennings, Bellefontaine Neighbors, Berkeley, Richmond Heights, Brentwood, Maplewood, Black Jack, St. John, Shrewsbury and Dellwood.
