* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 916 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dublin, Westerville, Delaware, Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana, Powell, Sunbury, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Russells Point, Ashley, De Graff, Lakeview and Belle Center.
