* WHAT...Surf of 3 to 6 feet with sets to 7 feet expected. Highest surf will be on south facing beaches.
* WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas and Orange County Coastal Areas.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Increased rip current risk and dangerous swimming conditions. Minor coastal flooding possible during evening high tides tides are forecast to be 6.0 to 6.5 feet Sunday into early next week. Strong longshore currents, especially at San Diego County beaches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...South swell of 2 to 3 feet from 190 degrees with a period of 12 seconds through tonight. South swell of 2 feet from 200 degrees with a period of 17 to 19 seconds on Sunday. Monday and Tuesday, south swell of 3 feet from 200 degrees with a period of 17 seconds.
