The crest passing Riverton late tonight will reach Vincennes by Tuesday afternoon...with minor flooding starting at Mount Carmel late Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Some flooding at Kimmell Park in Vincennes. Agricultural lands flood in the St. Francisville, Illinois area.
