The Flood Watch will expire for portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following county, Lawrence, southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Buchanan and Dickenson, and West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell, Mingo, Northwest Raleigh, Southeast Raleigh, Wayne and Wyoming.
