* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, east winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 6 to 11 ft expected. For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 15 to 20 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected.

* WHERE...Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM this morning to 4 PM AKDT this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 4 PM this afternoon to 4 PM AKDT Saturday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM to 6 PM AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
