* WHAT...Seas 8 to 10 feet expected.

* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Combined seas of 7 to 9 ft tonight will increase to 8 to 10 ft by Monday morning due to an elevated southwest swell from the remnant monsoon surge and Tropical Depression 19W, currently well northwest of Yap Island. In addition, convective gusts associated with heavy showers will give way to choppy seas. Conditions may begin to subside Monday night, so the advisory will be reassessed by then.
