* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. High water likely may recede slowly from flooded areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 645 PM CDT, local law enforcement, emergency dispatch centers, and highway departments reported flooding across the area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen from earlier thunderstorms. While heavy rainfall has ended, some flooding will be slow to recede. Some streams may continue to rise over the next few hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
