* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Platte River at Sharps Station.
* WHEN...From Saturday evening to Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Low-lying rural land along the river begins to flood. At 29.0 feet, Backwater from the Platte River floods Highway KK along the Little Platte River at the location 0.2 miles east of Highway B. At 30.5 feet, Interurban Road floods about 1.5 miles southeast of Sharps Station.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Saturday evening to a crest of 29.1 feet Sunday evening.
