* At 457 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was over West El Paso.

HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong winds up to 45 mph.

SOURCE...Detected by National Weather Service meteorologists.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel. Portions of I-10 in El Paso county, and western Dona Ana county. Eventually Deming and HWY-11, and also HWY-9 will also see blowing dust.

Locations impacted include... West El Paso, East El Paso, Central El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Far East El Paso, Mission Valley, Tornillo, Fabens, Clint, Horizon City, Columbus, Santa Teresa, Anthony, Deming, Sunland Park, Akela, Canutillo, Afton, San Elizario, and Vinton.
