* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Overflow of low-lying agricultural lands increases. Cattle and farm equipment should be moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 20.5 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:30 AM CDT Monday was 20.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.7 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
