* WHAT...Visibility between one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust expected from thunderstorm outflows. Wind Gusts over 50 MPH will be possible.

* WHERE...Lowlands of the Bootheel, Southwest Desert/Lower Gila River Valley, and Southwest Desert/Mimbres Basin.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 8 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dust Storm Warnings will be issued as needed as localized areas may drop to as low as zero visibility.
