At 345 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding affecting several streets in Macomb including Piper Street, Jackson Street and Johnson Street with water over 1 feet deep in spots. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
