* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water begins to cover portions of North Brownsville Road, with access cut off along the West Clifton Road Bridge near Yankee Town.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 13.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 15.5 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
