* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 9 to 12 ft. For the Gale Warning, east winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 14 to 19 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM and Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until noon AKST Thursday. For the Gale Warning, from noon Thursday to 3 AM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
