Neosho River near Commerce affecting Ottawa County.

Spring River near Quapaw affecting Ottawa County.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon to Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs. Some roads within Riverview Park become flooded including State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.9 feet early Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
