* WHERE...Southwestern Cotton County in southwestern Oklahoma... North Central Archer County in northern Texas... Northwestern Clay County in northern Texas... Eastern Wichita County in northern Texas...
* WHEN...Until 600 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 345 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
