* AFFECTED AREA...In Oregon, Fire Weather zones 616, 617, 620, 621, 622, and 623, including the East Evans Creek and Castle Fires, as well as Medford, Grants Pass, Ashland, Cave Junction, Shady Cove, Roseburg, Toketee Falls, Elkton, Tiller and the Siskiyous and southern Oregon Cascades. In California...Fire weather zones 280 and 282. This includes Happy Camp, Etna, Fort Jones, Mt Shasta City, Dunsmuir and McCloud.
* WIND...Northwest to west 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph, except south to southwest in Fire Weather Zone 282.
