* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 240 PM MDT, Satellite estimates and rain gauge data indicate heavy rain and snowmelt from thunderstorms in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
