* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 552 PM MDT, A stationary thunderstorm near Bayard has produced over a half inch of rain in 30 minutes. This is likely to result in minor flooding in poor drainage areas, and may flood roads in the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
