* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Water begins to be diverted through Thorn Creek Diversion Tunnel.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.4 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:30 PM CDT Wednesday was 10.6 feet. - Forecast...The river has crested and is expected to gradually fall overnight.
