* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 23.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.4 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
