Mostly clear skies, light winds, and ample low-level moisture are helping areas of fog to develop this morning. Locally dense fog is developing in some of the deeper river valleys, as well as areas which received copious amounts of rainfall last weekend. Be prepared for sudden changes in visibility if you are driving this morning, and be sure to use low beam headlights if you encounter any areas of fog. Fog should begin to dissipate after 8 AM.
