* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central Hillsborough County in west central Florida... Northwestern Manatee County in west central Florida...
* WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 955 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bradenton, Palmetto, Fish Hawk, Brandon, Ruskin, Greater Sun Center, Riverview, Parrish, Palm River-Clair Mel, Ellenton, Memphis, Sun City Center, Little Manatee River State Park, Gibsonton, Wimauma, Progress Village, Boyette, Peter O Knight Airport and Palm River. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
