* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 kt with occasional gusts up to 35 kt and rough waters expected.

* WHERE...Pamlico, Pungo, Neuse, and Bay Rivers.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Wednesday to 2 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong coastal low will develop offshore east of North Carolina by Wednesday, then move north towards the coast of New England by the end of the week. This low is expected to produce an extended period of hazardous marine conditions for much of the ENC waters.
