* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, southwest winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 19 to 24 ft. For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 14 to 19 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Edgecumbe to Cape Spencer out to 15 NM and Cape Edgecumbe to Cape Spencer from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until noon AKST today. For the Small Craft Advisory, from noon today to 6 PM AKST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
