* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, south winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 18 to 23 ft. For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 3 PM AKST this afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 3 PM this afternoon to 6 PM AKST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
