* WHAT...For the Blowing Dust Warning, widespread blowing dust and visibilities down to one quarter mile are possible. For the Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 103.

* WHERE...Graham, Sheridan, and Gove Counties.

* WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Warning, until 9 PM CDT this evening. For the Heat Advisory, until 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Severely limited visibilities are expected. Travel will be dangerous and possibly life-threatening. Poor air quality may cause issues for people with respiratory problems. Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...One quarter to one half mile visibility in blowing dust has been reported in Campus in western Gove county. Impacts to Interstate 70 across Gove county is expected. Wind gusts up to 50 mph are also possible.
