At 702 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Willoughby Bay, moving southeast at 10 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include... Hampton River Inlet, Hampton Flats, Bluefish Rock, Willoughby Bay, Sewells Point, Little Creek, Thimble Shoals, Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, and Poquoson.
