* WHERE...Central U. S. Waters Strait Of Juan De Fuca.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 3 AM PDT Friday. For the Gale Watch, from late tonight through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
