* WHERE...Grand Portage to Grand Marais MN and Outer Apostle Islands Beyond 5 NM from Mainland.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 4 AM CDT Monday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM to 7 PM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
