* WHERE...Icy Cape to Cape Suckling from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 7 AM AKDT Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 7 AM Friday to 4 AM AKDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
