* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 7 to 10 ft expected. For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM to 4 PM AKDT Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 PM Friday to 4 AM AKDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
