* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM to 10 PM AKDT Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 PM Friday to 4 AM AKDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
