At 858 PM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Southeast Stanton County resulting in water flowing across roads. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
