* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Crockett County in west central Texas... Southwestern Irion County in west central Texas... Southwestern Schleicher County in west central Texas... Western Sutton County in west central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 515 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas, including city streets and low water crossings.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 209 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered thunderstorms producing moderate to briefly heavy rainfall, producing 1 to 2 inches of rain in a short amount of time. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
