* WHERE...West Central Monroe County in east central Ohio... Southeastern Muskingum County in east central Ohio... Noble County in east central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 149 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen so far today. - A line of thunderstorms will produce an additional 0.5 to 1 inch of rain through 2:30 PM as they track across the area. This could result in additional flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
