* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 149 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen so far today. - A line of thunderstorms will produce an additional 0.5 to 1 inch of rain through 2:30 PM as they track across the area.
