Illinois River at Henry affecting Putnam and Marshall Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Illinois River at Henry.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night to early Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 21.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Monday morning to a crest of 23.4 feet Monday evening.
