* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.3 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 16.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
