* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Fremont, Crowley, Kiowa, Otero, Huerfano, and Las Animas Counties, the Wet Mountain Valley and southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Areas of heavy rainfall occurred on Tuesday leading to saturated grounds. Additional heavy rainfall from thunderstorms this evening may lead to continued flash flooding, especially in low lying, flood prone areas. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
