* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 313 PM CDT, Heavy rainfall that produced significant flash flooding earlier has ended, but runoff and additional light rain will continue present a threat of flooding. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
