* WHEN...Until 1 PM AKDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and power outages may occur. Strong winds combined with heavy rain could make travel and outdoor activities difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will occur this morning and will begin to diminish this afternoon. A second round of gusty winds (gusts of 30 to 40 mph) is expected Monday evening into Tuesday.
