* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.6 feet and rising rapidly. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 13.0 feet Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
