* WHEN...Until 300 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1141 AM EDT, Minor flooding is already occurring from previous heavy rain. Between 1.75 and 3.25 inches of rain fell. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
