Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine Counties.
Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County.
Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County.
North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...Iowa River at Oakville.
* WHEN...Until late Wednesday night.
* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, River Road is under water and the water is a few feet up onto the levee.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 11.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Thursday afternoon and continue falling to 7.8 feet Monday, October 12. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
