* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Walnut River at Winfield.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flood waters flow over County Road Cowley 2 west of the city of Rock. Then 4 miles northwest of Winfield, Cowley County Road 18 floods over a section just west of 71st Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 18.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.4 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
